Growing Global Banking Client seeking enthusiastic individual's to assist in the Customer Service Call Center department located in the central Rhode Island area. In this Full-Time (40 hours) Temp to Perm position you will be trained to respond to customer service inquiries regarding existing deposit accounts, ATM and debit access devices and give online banking support. This position requires excellent people skills. Outstanding benefits package including but not limited to: Health, Dental and Life Insurance. Short & Long Term Disability plans and 401k-retirement plan.

Duties include answering telephone call inquiries (within the phone bank) and promoting the organization's products and services. The selected candidates will be responsible for researching and resolving customer complaints. Goal is to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 6-9 months of experience in a customer contact / call center or retail-banking experience environment. CREDIT CHECK - BACKGROUND CHECK - FINGERPRINT CHECK REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of MS applications and online banking experience coupled with excellent communication skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must. The ability to multitask, work independently, and handle challenging customer service situations is also required.

Responsibilities Responsible for timely processing of mortgage loan applications in compliance with bank and investor requirements. Collect and review loan documents to satisfy loan conditions. Ensure completeness of mortgage loan documentation and meet department service and quality standards. Prepare the loan file for underwriting review. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years FHA mortgage processing experience.

Responsibilities Responsible for the supervision of a team of first mortgage professionals. Team is responsible to ensure all regulatory compliance with DU Findings and investor and bank guidelines. Provide leadership guidance on complex transactions. Work closely with Operations Group Leader to monitor performance and minimize deficiencies, document quality and reduce risk to the bank. Previous supervisory experience required
