DiJiPOP is seeking a highly motivated web application developer to help our world class team improve our online, auction-based advertising platform. The developer we seek will have experience in developing commercial grade, cross-platform, Rich Internet Applications (RIAs). Key Roles and Responsibilities
Design, code and test client applications using Adobe Flex framework to deliver applications across multiple browsers and client platforms.

Assist in scoping future releases by assessing effort, complexity, and risk associated with new feature requests and bug reports.
Provide platform production support when needed.
Required Skills
Understands common web design patterns and their relative merits.
A solid understanding of Flex, ActionScript, Java, Servlets, Spring.
Developing user interfaces that implement best practices.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML.
Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
Ability to work in Linux environment.
Fosters a collaborative environment that leverages the strength our on-shore and off-shore teams.
Understands the role of technology as a business enabler.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Ad Server technology is a plus.
